Ski racers ages 7-17 are encouraged to sign up for this incredibly inclusive approach to alpine dryland training, including: pre-season training techniques and exercises, sports psychology, nutrition and invaluable advice from Olympian Doug Lewis! Event Details:
·         $40 per athlete in attendance
·         Athletes must pack own drinks and snacks for the day
