This series of classes will incorporate traditional ingredients, recipes techniques and homeland-norms brought to the Midwest, South, Pacific Northwest or Southwest. Recipes will celebrate what that region has to offer, which includes diverse ethnic backgrounds, vegetation and wildlife.

This class is $65 per person and payment is expected at time of registration as seats are limited. Each attendee will receive a 10% discount on products purchased the day of the class.
