Baby boomers are at it again. On the verge of retirement, they now want long-term care that promotes comfort and quality of life in a homelike environment. In response, long-term care managers are moving from a traditional medical model to a more holistic approach for this growing population. Lisa Ashley, executive director of Bay Bluffs and Mike Greer, chief financial officer, will explain the challenges ahead for the county’s medical care facility.
