Bay Harbor Ice & Snow Festival has returned and will be bigger and better than ever. Join us for a true ice carving competition beginning on Friday and continuing on Saturday with both professional and amateur divisions competing for cash prizes! The event is sanctioned by the National Ice Carving Association and the carving competition will be managed by Ice Creations, a company that has hosted major competitions across the United States.

Activities for the event include the aerial acrobatic group mSnow Show which have three performances throughout the day on Saturday, Sled Dog Musher Rides on Saturday, a "Chill Lounge" at Cava's patio featuring carved ice furniture and a grand ice bar which will open Thursday night through Sunday, "Live" sculptures and mimes on village streets, and the popular Chili Cook Off that will take place in the Village Hotel Conference Center on Saturday afternoon from 1 to 4 pm. Come down and warm up with some tasty chili, and pick your favorites that will win cash prizes.

Also added to this festive event is the "Winter Glitter Tea Party" which will take place on Saturday, January 22 from 11 to 12:30 pm at Cava. Bring a child, along with their doll or teddy bear to enjoy grilled cheese lunches, tea, cocoa and other refreshments. Ballet dancers from Crooked Tree Arts Center will be at the tea party to entertain the guests. Be sure to dress in your sparkly winter best for this very fun gathering.
