A program for Parents & their children Under 3
This program is a quickly paced mixture of songs, stories, fingerplays, poems and puppets. Repetition is important at this age and the program will reflect that developmental need. This is a "drop-in" program.

The 2011 Burton Am Series is THE regional amateur snowboarding competition series taking place at 6 resorts across the US this winter season. These top quality events are open to all amateur competitors of all ages and will feature men’s and women’s Slopestyle and Halfpipe competitions. But, best of all, not only can you win some serious cash at each event, the first place winners (men and women) in each discipline will receive a wildcard entry into the US Open Snowboarding Championships at Stratton Mountain, Vermont in March 7-13,2011. This is your chance to guarantee your spot at the 2011 USO by competing at a mountain near you! It doesn’t get any easier.

Festival events for Monday, February 21 -
Blues Snowman Contest - Noon in Pennsylvania Park - Team competition with the goal of building the first five-foot tall snowman. Sign up at 11:30 am on February 21 to participate. The Snowman Building Contest is sponsored by Bearcub Outfitters and the YMCA of Northern Michigan.
HotDish Cookoff - Later on Monday, at 5:30 pm, Mackinaw Trail Winery and Fustini's Oils and Vinegars on Howard Street will host the 3rd Annual HotDish Cookoff. Restaurants and amateur chefs are invited to participate. Public Judging - $5 per person or a Winter Blues Festival button.
The purchase of a $5 Blues Festival button will earn wearers cool blue specials in stores, free giveaways, free admission to the HotDish Cookoff, Blues Night in the Rose Room with the Blues Brothers Tribute Band and much more.
