With a strong instrumental and percussive base, Fonn Mor performs well-crafted original and traditional songs and rollicking jigs and reels that provide an entertaining experience for all audiences to enjoy. The band successfully blends traditional Celtic folk with a variety of other cross-cultural and rock influences. Energetic melodies from fiddle, accordion, and flute are backed by explosive Afro-Celtic percussion and driving guitars to create a whole new sound with elements of old Ireland and Scotland. Their entertaining and entrancing live shows have helped them build a strong and ever increasing following.
Based in West Michigan, Fonn Mor performs in clubs and concerts throughout the Midwest. Their festival performances have included the Milwaukee Irish Fest, Chicago Celtic Fest, and Michigan Irish Fest, among many others. Their signature CD won two WYCE (West Michigan) Jammie Awards on 2/5/02 - Best World Music CD & Best CD of the Year. Their follow-up album, Fragment, was recently named Best World Music CD of 2003. Their latest and highly anticipated CD, Along The Way, released in March 2007, features Fonn Mor's current lineup of talented musicians.

If you think of oatmeal when you think of fiber - think again! It’s a shopping extravaganza as Castle Farms hosts more than 50 vendors with hand made goods including sweaters, original lace shawls, hats, mittens, soaps, rugs, knitting accessories, painted yarn, alpaca products, and much more.
While at the festival, you’ll also be able to visit live animals; enjoy interactive demonstrations in weaving, spinning, natural dyeing and felting; watch sheep dogs at work; see how sheep are shorn and visit with vendors who are fiber artists and shepherds in their own right. The popular fiber art fashion show takes place each afternoon. Many of the items in the fashion show are original designs created using fiber from Michigan farms.
Visitors of all ages will enjoy their visit when the animals return to Castle Farms. Admission at the door is $5 per person with children under five free.
