The Trapeze is back! By far one of the most exciting annual events sponsored by Solace Spa. Each year many sessions sell out so make your plans today.

Trapeze Experience lessons turn the flying trapeze into an inspirational metaphor for life in a fun and supportive environment. Whether you are 6 or 96, this once-in-a-lifetime experience will transform you and your relationship with life. Sign up for your two-hour workshop for only $75! Space is limited.

Or upgrade to our spa package starting at $267 per person which includes one night lodging in the Mountain Grand Lodge and Spa, breakfast the following morning, two-hour exhilarating Trapeze-Experience workshop, and your choice of one 50-minute spa treatment from our spectacular menu.

Trapeze Demonstration Show, Saturday, 9/4 & Sunday, 9/5 @ 1 pm: Come see our Trapeze professionals show you some of their skills on the flying trapeze. They will soar through the air with the greatest of ease without the safety lines. You can see them execute a variety of tricks while swinging 30 ft in the air. As they catch each other and return back to the platform, you will be amazed at the aerial acrobatics performed right in front of your eyes. This 10 minute demonstration show is complimentary for all ages.

Fall is a beautiful time of the year to gather with friends and play cards! Join the tournament at Birchwood Inn and play six matches over three rounds from Monday afternoon through mid-day Tuesday. Good cards, good food, and fun prizes all included. Lodging and non-lodging packages available.
