Fustini's Cooking Class: BERRY GOOD SUMMER

June is perfect for all the berries found fresh in Michigan.  Christie has recipes that take full advantage of all that flavor!

Blackberry, goat cheese, and bacon crostini with Fustini’s Asian Blackberry
Salad with chicken, dried cherries, red onion, bleu cheese with a mayonnaise and Fustini’s Lavender balsamic dressing
White chocolate pot de crème with Fustini’s blueberry vinegar compote

This class is $55 per person and payment is expected at time of registration as seats are limited.  Each attendee will receive a 10% discount on products purchased the day of the class.  You can register online below, or call the store (231) 758-3575. All class seats are nonrefundable, much like a sporting event or theater ticket. If canceling is necessary and given two days in advance, we will issue you a store credit for product or toward another class. Please note: we require a 6-day advance notice for rescheduling groups larger than four people.
A limited number of seats are available online. If you have a large group or if the class you are interested in attending is sold out online please call the store to check for in store availability.
