Experience Maiden, the inspirational and empowering documentary, on the Great Lakes Center for the Arts’ 45-foot cinema screen with theatrical surround sound Sunday, September 29 at 2:00 p.m.
Using archival and newly-shot footage, Maiden tells the story of how Tracy Edwards, a 24-year-old cook on charter boats, became the skipper of the first-ever all-female crew to enter the Whitbread Round the World in 1989 and shock the sports industry.
